Umaru Muhammad Ba is the Territorial Director of North West Territory. He is a civil and structural engineer with a record of considerable achievement in both professional and academic environments. He holds a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Yola, an MSc in Offshore Engineering, a PhD in Marine Science and Technology from Newcastle University, UK and a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera.
He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Institute of Marine Science, Engineering and Technology (IMarEST), UK, the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA), UK, registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a Fellow Integrated Institute of Professional Management (FIIPM).
