Rhoda Msara JackdenRhoda Msara Jackden, a graduate of Business Administration from the reputable Kaduna Polytechnic, also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Fellow of the Integrated Institute of Professional Management and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

She began her public service career with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) in 1997, before joining the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) in 2015 where she was deployed to the Research, Information Security and Risk Management (R/ISRM) unit as a Principal Manager, under the office of the Director General/CEO.
Subsequently in 2016, she was transferred to the Human Capital Management Department and was promoted to the rank of an Assistant General Manager (Assistant Director) in 2017. In 2018, she became the Head of the Human Capital Management Department, saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that the most important asset of the NIMC which is the human capital is well managed, trained and positioned to deliver on the mandate of the NIMC which is enrolling every citizen and legal residents into the National Identity Database (NIDB) in line with the requirement of the NIMC Act 2007.
Rhoda is the Deputy Director, Human Capital Management Department.
