NIMC DG/CEO Engr. Aliyu Aziz receives the FG website ranking award for first position

The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has emerged winner in the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) Ranking of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies’ (MDAs) websites for the Federal Government of Nigeria.
The 2019/2020 Federal Government Scorecard was used to evaluate and rank websites belonging to 169 MDAs by an Inter-Ministerial Task Team (IMTT) that comprised representatives from government institutions as well as private and Civil Society organizations. Results were collated by a jury and validated by the IMTT.

The team worked with a set of 14 criteria ranging from aesthetics to security and content in their evaluations and rankings.
Out of the 169 MDAs as mentioned earlier, the NIMC website was ranked first, a feat the NIMC DG, Engr. Aliyu Aziz, attributed to years of work on the website keeping it up-to-date with information and aiming for high ranking amongst users.
The DG received the award for 1st position ranking on behalf of all staff of the Commission.
